Make a difference to your future

Save more with AVCs

Would you miss £10 a month? How about £20?

Maybe it buys you the occasional treat. But does it really make a difference?

You could find you need it more when you retire. Research suggests that millions of people are under-saving for their retirement and won’t have enough to fund the lifestyle they expect.

Help yourself

The good news is that you can boost your pension savings.

If you’re currently paying into the RPS, you can apply to join an Additional Voluntary Contribution (AVC) arrangement and pay from as little as £10 a month (or £2 a week if you’re paid weekly or four-weekly).

And just like your normal pension payments, the money you pay in will get tax relief*.

You might not miss £10 or £20 a month now, but those small amounts can soon build up and could make a real difference to your future!
