Are your details up to date?

Have you moved house? Changed your email? Switched your phone number? Don’t forget to tell us!
That way, we can make sure you get important information about your pension.  
 

Active members

If you’re currently paying into the Scheme, please give any new contact details to your employer. They’ll then pass the information on to the Scheme’s administrator, RPMI.
 
You can check if your contact details are correct by logging into your myRPS account (or registering if you haven’t already) and looking under ‘My details’.  
 

Preserved members

If you’re no longer paying into the Scheme, you can check your contact information by logging into your myRPS account (or registering if you haven’t already) and looking under ‘My details’.
 
If the details are no longer correct, you can fill out an online form to update them – it's as easy as that!  
 

Pensioners

If you’re already receiving pension payments from the Scheme, you’ll need to check and update your contact details by emailing csu@rpmi.co.uk or by calling the Helpline on 0800 2 343434.
 
You’ll need your pension reference number (if you know it) or National Insurance Number and you will be asked to answer a few short security questions so we can identify your record.
