If you received an email from the Railways Pension Scheme in 2026 asking you to confirm your address, don’t worry – it’s genuine.
  

 

We’ve carried out routine checks on some members’ records and have emailed you if we believe the address we hold might be wrong.You need to make sure your address is up to date so you can continue to receive important updates about your pension.

If you’re already receiving pension payments from us, we may need to pause these if you don’t confirm your address within a month because we wouldn’t be certain that the payments were being made correctly. 

What should I do to verify my address?

Log in to your secure myRPS account now to check and update your address. This is the quickest and most secure way to let us know.

Once you’ve logged in, go to 'myRPS Account' in the menu and select ‘Contact Details’, in the ‘My Details’ area. Here, you can edit your address.

If the address listed for you is correct and you don’t need to make any changes to it, please select the ‘confirm your address’ button so that we know you’ve checked it.
