How to get in touch with us

Oct 27, 2025
We want to make managing your pension as easy as possible for you.

You can find lots of useful information on this website, such as pension news, planning tools and helpful guides.

If you can’t find what you need, or need help with something - like completing a form - there are a few ways you can get in touch with us.

You can send us a message from your myRPS account

By registering for and logging into your myRPS account, you can send us a message securely.

Once you're logged in, go into your ‘Inbox’ or click on the ‘Help’ link at the top of the screen where you'll find the ‘Contact us' link. Once you click it, you’ll then be given some options to choose from, so that you can get specific on what your issue or request is.

You’ll then get the option to upload any documents you might need to send us.

What happens after you send us a message

Once you've sent us a message, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. You should receive a response from us within two weeks, however depending on the nature of the request, this may take longer.

Why you need to be logged in to your account before you can send us a message

The security of your data is very important to us, and we want to make sure that information about your pension is sent to us as securely as possible.

Logging in to your account adds an extra layer of security when contacting us. The information you're sending us is all in one place, and you will have already used two-factor authentication to log in to your account, so we know it's you.

You can call our helpline team between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

If you need help with something right away, you can call our helpline on 0800 012 1117.

We’ve introduced a new call back feature on our helpline to save you waiting if lines are busy. This means that you'll keep your place in the queue, and we will call you back when one of our agents is free.
